USR IRWM Plan Update - Final Draft Documents
RWAG's Final Draft IRWM Plan Update to comply with DWR's revised 2016 standards is complete and available below in full or separated into chapters. The public comment period closed on November 2, 2018, and comments received have been incorporated into the final draft as appropriate. On January 2, 2019, the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) determined that the Draft IRWM Plan Update is consistent with the 2016 IRWM Plan Standards. Following the close of the public comment period and subsequent to the update team’s response to comments provided above, comments on the Draft 2018 IRWM Plan were received from the Pit River Tribe. To differentiate between previously received comments and those that were received late, a separate response to comments table was created and is available through the link below. Further, in responding to the Pit River Tribe’s comments, minor revisions were made to Chapter 2, Planning Framework, and Chapter 16, Governance. These two revised chapters are included with the other chapters below, but the text modified to address the Tribe’s comments is identified in yellow highlight.
